AMORGOS, GREECE
A Yoga + Wellness Retreat
22 - 28 May 2027
This is your pause
Take a breath.
Six nights on a beautiful Greek island to step away from the pace of everyday life and into something slower, softer, and a little more magical.
Wake up overlooking the Aegean Sea and begin your mornings with yoga. Linger over breakfast. Swim in impossibly clear water. Wander through whitewashed villages. Spend an afternoon being completely pampered at the spa, then slip into something beautiful for dinner.
A week to move, explore, rest deeply, laugh, connect — and remember how good it feels to be fully alive.
Let this be the year you say yes.
Come to Greece.
FALL IN LOVE WITH AMORGOS
There’s something about being on a Greek island that makes you feel a little more alive.
Swim in impossibly blue water. Wander through tiny villages and along winding island roads. Taste something you’ve never tried before. Dance. Explore. Stay out for sunset. Let yourself be curious, playful, and completely swept up in where you are.
This is more than a week away. It’s the kind of experience that wakes something up in you - the joy of discovering somewhere new, sharing it with incredible people, and remembering just how big and beautiful life can feel.
Come with an open heart. Leave with stories you’ll be telling for years.

Come for the yoga. Stay for everything else.
There’s something different about practicing when you step away from everyday life. For one week, yoga becomes part of the rhythm of your days. No squeezing it into an already full schedule. No rushing off afterward.
With twice-daily practices, we’ll explore Vinyasa, Slow Flow, restorative yoga, meditation, and intentional movement, with opportunities to play with inversions and a handstand workshop.
There is time to explore your practice, challenge yourself, and slow down. To become completely present in your body and remember why you fell in love with yoga in the first place.
You leave your mat feeling clearer, stronger, and a little more alive.
-
Let this be part of your pause.
Between yoga, exploring, and days by the Aegean, there is time to truly slow down and take care of yourself. Aegialis is home to Lalon Idor Spa, a thalassotherapy and wellness space inspired by the restorative qualities of the sea.
Slip into your robe and sink into the warm seawater pool, unwind in the sauna, hammam or jacuzzi, or simply stay awhile. Your retreat includes access to the spa and a 30-minute massage, with additional massages, facials, hydrotherapy and body treatments available to book throughout the week.
Rest. Restore. And let yourself feel good.
make yourself at home
Perched above the Aegean, Aegialis will be our home for the week — surrounded by mountains, endless blue sea, and the quiet beauty of island life.
With beautiful rooms, sweeping views, a pool overlooking the water, a full-service spa, and peaceful spaces to practice and unwind, everything you need is right here.
For one special week, this gets to be home. Come home salty and sun-kissed. Slow down.
-
Wake up in Greece with the Aegean right outside your room.
The rooms and suites at Aegialis are bright and spacious, with private balconies or verandas and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding island landscape.
Choose from Superior Cycladic rooms, Superior Cycladic rooms with a private outdoor jacuzzi, and spacious Junior Suites, with both shared and private options available.
Open your doors in the morning, step outside with your coffee, breathe in the sea air, and take in the view.
Go ahead. Linger a little longer.
-
Some of the best moments happen around the table.
Each day, we’ll gather for brunch and dinner, enjoying fresh Greek cuisine inspired by traditional recipes and local ingredients. Meals are nourishing, abundant, and meant to be enjoyed slowly, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
Brunch after morning practice. Dinner as the day winds down. Good food, beautiful views, long conversations, and time to savor it all.
-
Aegialis Hotel & Spa sits on a hillside above Aegiali Bay, surrounded by the deep blue of the Aegean and the rugged mountains of Amorgos.
One of the best parts is how much is right outside your door. Levrossos Beach is just a 10-minute walk below the hotel, and Aegiali’s long sandy beach is about 1 km away, with cafés and tavernas lining the water. The heart of Aegiali is also just a short walk away, so you can wander into town for a coffee, browse the shops, grab lunch, or head down for an afternoon swim.
Back at the resort, you’ll find sweeping sea views, an outdoor saltwater pool, beautiful spaces to practice yoga, the Lalon Idor Spa, restaurants, bars, and plenty of places to simply settle in and enjoy where you are.
Close enough to explore. Beautiful enough that you may never want to leave.
-
Leave plenty of room for a little adventure.
During your free time, Amorgos is yours to explore. Swim in clear Aegean water, wander into Aegiali, discover tucked-away beaches, explore the island, or find somewhere beautiful for a long lunch.
For those who want to experience even more, optional island experiences are available, including boat trips, guided hikes and island tours, Greek cooking, and wine tasting.
Some afternoons might turn into an adventure. Others might be nothing more than a swimsuit, a book, and a spot by the sea.
There is no right way to spend your time here.

“Well, what can I say about the lovely Kati... in the short amount of time that I got to spend with her on a yoga retreat, it was honestly one of the best times of my life. She is so welcoming, a great listener, and really took the time to gauge how we were feeling and get the energy of the room so that she could tailor our sessions. My previous yoga experience went as far as following YouTube videos, but within a week, I felt so much stronger, confident, and more importantly, I felt capable. Kati taught me to listen to my body, do what feels good, and try (and fail!) Because you can always try it again! Even though it's been 6 months since the retreat, I get on my mat most days, and I know that I will feel 100 times better by the end. You are forever in my heart, Kati .”
Meet Your guide
Yoga has been one of the greatest teachers in my life. It has challenged me, grounded me, humbled me, and continually brought me back to myself. My hope is to create spaces where you can experience a little of that too.
Based in the beautiful redwoods of Humboldt County, California, I teach classes, workshops, and retreats that blend mindful movement, creative vinyasa, yin, meditation, and playful inversion work. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, my intention is always the same: to help you feel more connected, more present, and more at home in your own body.
I believe yoga doesn't have to look a certain way. It can be strong, soft, messy, joyful, challenging, and deeply healing—all within the same practice. I love encouraging students to explore, play, and grow at their own pace.
I completed my 500-hour teacher training with Briohny Smyth through Aligned Yoga, and I continue to be a lifelong student, always learning and growing alongside those I teach.
Join me on the mat and let the magic of yoga light up your life.

Kati KNAPP
yoga teacher
Yoga has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to my body, and paying attention to what I actually need. After experiencing burnout myself, I’ve come to see mindfulness and movement as important tools for creating a more sustainable way of living and working.
My classes are diverse, inclusive and down-to-earth, with a focus on moving mindfully. Whether we’re practicing an energising vinyasa flow or a calm, deep yin, I invite you to explore your practice at your own pace, whatever your experience or body needs.
I’m certified through Aligned Yoga and Awakening Yoga Academy with more than 500 hours of training. I’m also a certified Transformative Coach through the MindJuice Academy. Through my business, The Mindful Moment, I facilitate guided journaling sessions, retreats and workshops, creating spaces for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
Step away from the pace of everyday life and give yourself some space to breathe, move and be present. I’m looking forward to sharing this experience with you in Greece.
