Greece Retreat Terms & Conditions

Enchantment Yoga is the organizer and host of this retreat and is referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as “Enchantment Yoga” or “the Organizer.”

By registering for the Enchantment Yoga Greece Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payments

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another retreat.

Flexible payment plans are available. After reserving your space, we’ll work together to create a payment schedule that works for you.

Regardless of the payment schedule selected, all remaining balances must be paid in full by March 1, 2027.

Payments made toward your retreat are subject to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Your $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and secures your reservation.

If you cancel before March 1, 2027, you will receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond your $500 deposit.

Beginning March 1, 2027, all payments are non-refundable.

Because retreat reservations require advance commitments for accommodations, activities, transportation, and other expenses, exceptions to the cancellation policy cannot be guaranteed.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event that illness, travel disruption, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

Roommates & Shared Accommodations

If you are booking a shared room and would like assistance finding a roommate, Enchantment Yoga will make reasonable efforts to help arrange a match. A roommate match cannot be guaranteed.

If a roommate cannot be found, you may be responsible for the applicable single-room rate or may choose another available accommodation, subject to availability.

Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare and any transportation not specifically listed as included in the retreat.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and meet all applicable entry and travel requirements for Greece.

Enchantment Yoga is not responsible for missed or canceled flights or ferries, delays, lost luggage, passport issues, or other travel disruptions.

Retreat Participation

Participation in yoga classes, workshops, excursions, and other group activities is encouraged but optional. You are welcome to participate in the activities that feel right for you.

Enchantment Yoga reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity or the retreat if their behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the experience of other guests. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Retreat Cancellation

Enchantment Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the required minimum number of participants is not reached or if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the retreat unable to proceed.

If Enchantment Yoga cancels the retreat, retreat payments made directly to Enchantment Yoga will be refunded, except to the extent that funds have become non-refundable or unrecoverable from hotels, vendors, or other third-party providers due to circumstances beyond Enchantment Yoga’s control.

Enchantment Yoga is not responsible for airfare, additional accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, or other expenses booked independently by participants.

For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in yoga, fitness activities, excursions, swimming, hiking, travel, and other retreat activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, property loss, or other harm.

I voluntarily choose to participate in the retreat and accept responsibility for determining whether I am physically able to participate in any particular activity.

I understand that all activities are optional and that I may choose not to participate in an activity at any time.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional regarding any health concerns, injuries, physical limitations, or other conditions that could affect my ability to safely participate.

By participating, I knowingly and voluntarily accept the risks associated with the retreat and its activities.

Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the retreat and release and hold harmless Enchantment Yoga and its teachers, contractors, representatives, and retreat partners from claims arising from my participation in retreat activities, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I understand that third-party providers, including hotels, transportation providers, excursion operators, spas, restaurants, guides, and other independent businesses, may provide services during the retreat and operate independently from Enchantment Yoga.

Enchantment Yoga is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, cancellations, changes, or other actions of independent third-party providers.

Force Majeure

Enchantment Yoga is not responsible for failure, interruption, or delay in providing the retreat due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, wildfires, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, civil unrest, war, acts of terrorism, or other circumstances that make the retreat impracticable, unsafe, or impossible to operate as planned.

If such circumstances occur, Enchantment Yoga will make reasonable efforts to provide available alternatives, credits, refunds, or rescheduling options based on amounts recoverable from the retreat hotel, vendors, and other service providers.

Changes to the Retreat

While every reasonable effort will be made to provide the retreat experience as described, retreat schedules, teachers, classes, activities, excursions, transportation arrangements, and other details may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, availability, safety considerations, circumstances involving third-party providers, or other circumstances beyond Enchantment Yoga’s reasonable control.

Reasonable changes to the retreat itinerary or schedule do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat.

By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of your image in Enchantment Yoga marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or included in promotional content, please notify Enchantment Yoga in writing before the retreat.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for any personal expenses, medical expenses, damages, or other costs they incur during the retreat.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical care, emergency evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and travel delays.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Agreement

By submitting a deposit, making a payment, or otherwise registering for the Enchantment Yoga Greece Retreat, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

I understand the cancellation and refund policy, voluntarily accept the risks associated with travel and retreat activities, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
